		Attached is one of the most unique sailing pictures I've seen. It's a shot of Vixen, a boat on which J.R. Fowler (NBYC), a former Blue Jay National Champion, was sailing during BVI race week out of Tortola this winter. The photographer was in the water, virtually next to the mark. J.R. got into big boats sailing with Toby Doyle on the ECSA Circuit. This season he has done Key West , the Heineken, and BVI race week with Vixen which is owned by Dick Weisman (out of Newport?). This Spring J.R. is doing the American Yacht Club Spring series on Ferragamo's Bellicosa and has some other things pending for the summer. Both are Swan 45's. Oh, to be a young deck ape in-demand again!
